“Masters of Invention” is the essence and the nature of  Scienzia Machinale, that was born in 1991 to set solid basis for a progressive and reliable evolution in the business of R&D services, and to develop expertise in several scientific and technical areas, with particular reference to surgical and orthopaedic fields.

Scienzia Machinale is the first spin-off company from the prestigious university institute Scuola Superiore S. Anna in Pisa.

The core business is the contract design, offering services in mechanical, electronic and software design, with an high surplus value.  Proficiency, genius and cross-sector experience are the key factors of our success, that allowed to establish important partnership with leader companies in different fields (defence, automotive, biomedical, energy, automation technology…).

Today Scienzia Machinale is part of the U.S.A. group Epica International,  together the sister company Fabrica Machinale srl, specialized in robotic applications and Imaginalis srl, in Florence, that produces CTs for Vet market
